Dr. Charles H. Clark III is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Alabama Medical School. Dr. Clark then completed an internship and residency at Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, the Alabama Medical Association and the Jefferson County Medical Society.
