Dr. Catherine Hren was born and raised in Baldwin, NY. She attended Cornell University for her undergraduate degree and received her medical degree from Duke University. After an internship in internal medicine, she completed her dermatology training at Duke University Medical Center. Doctor Hren has been board cerfitifed in Dermatology since 1995. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Wake County Medical Society, the North Carolina Medical Society, the Council for Nail Disorders and the Botox Cosmetic Physicians Network. Dr. Hren is involved in clinical trials of dermatolgical medications with Cary Medical Research. Dr. Hren and her husband reside in Cary with their three children.
