Carrie Gotkowitz, M.D., graduated from Mills College in Oakland, California with honors in chemistry in 1983. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. She then went on to the Brown-Dartmouth Program in Medicine. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in San Francisco, and then completed her residency and fellowship in radiation oncology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Gotkowitz practices with Northwest Cancer Specialists in Vancouver, Washington and is credentialed to perform stereotactic radiosurgery at The Gamma Knife Center of Oregon at Providence Portland Medical Center.
