As a board-certified general surgeon for more than 16 years, I have dedicated a significant part of my career to fighting breast cancer. When caught early, 95 percent of my breast cancer patients are five-year survivors. I offer patients with breast concerns minimally invasive procedures, such as vacuum-assisted biopsies, lumpectomies, and sentinel lymph node biopsies to preserve breast tissue, lessen scarring and shorten recovery time. Providing people diagnosed with breast cancer the care and information they need to become survivors and thrivers gives me satisfaction.
