Dr. Chinea joined the Medical staff of HRHCare in November of 2004. She became the Medical Director of Hudson River HealthCare in January of 2006. She has completed an MPH in management from Columbia University. She sees patients twice a week in the Internal Medicine Department of the Peekskill health center. Dr. Chinea is a native New Yorker with a specialty in Internal Medicine and a sub-specialty in kidney disease and hypertension from Cornell-New York Hospital. She is fluent in Spanish and has a special interest in treating patients with high blood pressure and kidney problems.
