After obtaining a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Bruce S. Grover completed a residency in internal medicine and a pulmonary fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Grover is a public lecturer and published author. In addition, he holds Diplomate status with the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine, the Pulmonary Subspecialty Division of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Having served as physician since 1987, Dr. Grover began practicing at Pulmonary Associates of Kingsport in 1991.
