Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas in Denton, Dr. Rinku Mehta received her medical degree and completed her Obgyn residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX. Subsequently she completed a three-year subspecialty fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of California San Diego (UCSD). Dr. Mehta has been in private practice for four years and has a special interest in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, the impact of weight on fertility and hysteroscopic surgical procedures. She is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and her professional memberships include the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Androgen Excess-PCOS society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society. In 2009 and 2010, Dr. Mehta was voted one of America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists by the Consumer Research Council of America. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m., and 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. New patients welcome.
