Dr. Quigley graduated medical school from State University of New York at Syracuse in 1993. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency from Wake Forest University in 1996. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and he is a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Quigley has been practicing at the Rex Emergency Department since 1996. He is the current medical director for Rex Emergency Response Team and Rex Critical Care Transport.
