Established Birch Lake Eye Clinic in 1979. Dr. Grudem received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, and his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Minnesota Optometric Association, and is on the Board of Directors for TLC Laser Center. Dr. Grudem resides in Blaine with his wife.
