He was the first in Central Pennsylvania to offer the revolutionary new Smartlipo laser lipolysis procedures such as, laser liposculpture and autologous fat grafting, a procedure which takes fat from one part of the body and transfers it to another. He continues to work and study to ensure his patients always receive the safest, most effective treatments available in the cosmetic medical industry, frequently attending local, national and international industry conferences and seminars, including, but not limited to, the International Society of Coemetogynecology, American Society of Cosmetic Physicians Conference, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, THE Aesthetic Show and meetings held by the Sciton Laser Company. Dr. Gabinskiy has lived in Central Pennsylvania, in both Lock Haven and State College, since 1998. He received his medical degree in 1983 and completed his internship and residency program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has acquired hands-on training in advanced aesthetics medicine and skin rejuvenation from the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery and stays active in continuing education to better serve the needs of his patients.
