Bilha Zomer, MD, an American citizen born in Israel, grew up in Oklahoma and completed her undergraduate work in Texas and New York. She returned to Israel to attend medical school at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Zomer completed her residency in OBGYN at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. She cares for women of all ages and has special interest in performing laparoscopic surgery and educating teenagers about womens health issues.
