Dr. Christine Kollmorgen was born and raised in the greater Boston area. She moved to Eugene in 1998 with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, piano and politics. She has published extensively in advanced laparoscopic surgery, colon, rectal and endocrine surgery. She is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the Lane County Medical Society, the Oregon Medical Association, the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Mayo Clinic’s Priestly Society. She currently serves on the board directors of Lane Individual Practice Association and Medical and Surgical Specialist. Her pediatric surgical experience compliments the Sacred Heart Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She serves as a panel member for the Cedar Clinic Breast Center. She has special interests in pediatric, breast, oncologic and endocrine surgery.
