Dr. Bao L. Phan is a board-certified plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Baylor University with a B.S. in biology/pre-med. Dr. Bao L. Phan also received his medical school training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and his residency training in general surgery and fellowship training in plastic surgery University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.
