Dr. Andy Collins Dr. Collins has roots that stem from both Georgia and Tennessee, b ut claims Tennessee as home. He received a BS degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, a masters degree from West Georgia College and his dental degree from the University of Georgia School of Dentistry at Augusta, Ga. Extra training in the field of orthodontics (braces) was taken in 1985-86 under Dr. Robert Garrity. Dr. Collins is married to the former Marlene Young of Johnson City. They have two children, Kimberly and Christopher. His hobbies include golf, maintaining Sullivan South's football field and filming South's football games. He can also be found on most Wednesday nights washing dishes for the family night dinners at his church.
