Brief Intro

Dr. Nicolosi specializes in adult heart surgery. He performs coronary artery bypass (CABG) and transmyocardial LASER revascularization for coronary artery disease. He performs the full range of heart valve surgery, including mitral valve repair and minimally invasive valve surgery. He is the director of heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support at Froedtert Hospital, and performs a variety of operations for heart failure, including heart transplant, ventricular restoration (Dor procedure), and implantation of left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) for either bridge to transplant or destination therapy.
