Dr. Romashko is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders. Dr. Romashko received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2000, and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation’s prestigious medical honor society. He completed his five-year surgery residency at the Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2005, where he distinguished himself in cancer research, studying the means by which malignant cells spread to other parts of the body. His work garnered several awards in resident research competitions and was published in an international scientific journal. After residency, Dr. Romashko worked as a physician in private practice in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area for nine years, before joining Froedtert/Medical College of Wisconsin in September of 2014. As an academic physician, Dr. Romashko is involved in the instruction of residents and medical students, and he enjoys the academic environment that drives the care of patients at Froedtert/Medical College of Wisconsin.My practice encompasses all areas of otolaryngology, the specialty which covers the medical and surgical management of patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT). I strongly believe that teaching patients about their illness and proactively addressing their concerns are important aspects of quality patient care.
