Brief Intro

I feel that the negative reviews you have accepted are unfair and misleading. Some of them are from bitter people who have not had their disabilities validated on independent or impartial medical evaluations. One was from a gentleman who likely had an occipital neuralgia with an innocuous Chiari malformation which he was born with, present on as many as 23% of MRIs as an incidental finding, rarely needing surgery. I appreciate Ian's thoughtful and sincere evaluation. I had bent over backwards to speak to the dean at his college, where he was in danger of being terminated for missing classes and tardiness. He had missed 2 appointments with me; and in the last 3 he kept, he was 20, 30 and 40 minutes late; forcing everyone after him to wait. This gave me little time to address his other issues, and I am sorry I had to call him out on it. Note that the remainder of my reviews are generally favorable
