He finished his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas in Houston and pursued a Pain fellowship at the same university's Galveston campus. With two board certifications and two decades of comprehensive knowledge under his belt, Dr. Narwani has mastered the art of diagnosing and treating chronic pain. He acknowledges that each patient experiences pain differently, which allows him to craft individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs. Dr. Narwani treats an array of pain symptoms, including spinal related pain, arthritis, headaches, sciatica, spinal compression fractures, and complex neuropathies, by optimizing and combining medications with interventional therapeutic pain procedures. He and his team firmly believe in integrated care, utilizing advanced procedures such as trigger point injections, Epidural steroid injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, Spinal cord stimulator, among others, to minimize chronic pain. With primary offices in Gilbert, Tempe, and Casa Grande, his patients travel from all over the valley, including Maricopa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Recognizing that chronic pain can significantly impede one's quality of life, Dr. Narwani is committed to restoring his patients' ability to lead fulfilling lives, whether that means training for a marathon, returning to work, or spending precious time with their children and grandchildren. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Narwani loves to spend time with his family, enjoy a good barbecue, play Pickle ball, and train for triathlons. His ultimate goal is to serve as a reliable resource for managing patients' pain and eliminating any unnecessary stress from their lives.
