Brief Intro

Adam Maghrabi, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained endocrinologist with Saint Luke’s Endocrinology Specialists. Dr. Maghrabi has completed three fellowships in clinical nutrition, sports medicine, and endocrinology and metabolism. Dr. Maghrabi has clinical interests in diabetes mellitus, nutrition, and thyroid disease. He chose this unique combination of specialties because of his brother’s experience as an athlete with diabetes and the challenges of balancing nutrition and activity. In addition, being a Type 1 diabetic himself, Dr Maghrabi uses his personal and professional experiences as a type 1 diabetic to further help his diabetic patients achieve their goals safely, sooner rather than later. Dr. Maghrabi has authored many articles published in journals including the Endocrine Practice journal, Obesity Journal, and Community Oncology Journal. He has participated in various research projects focusing on obesity and diabetes management. He has presented multiple times at regional and national professional meetings and conferences. When not caring for patients, Dr. Maghrabi enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and spending time with his family.
