Dr. ANDREW COOPER, MD is a BOARD CERTIFIED SPORTS ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON
Andrew Cooper, MD, treats his patients like Olympians, because he believes we are all athletes in some way. He handles many types of sports injuries including ligaments, cartilage, tendons, muscles and bones.
Dr. Cooper received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, followed by his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He performed an orthopedic residency at University of Kansas Medical Center and a sports fellowship at Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic. Dr Cooper uses his skills in caring for the US freeski team, Westminster University athletics, and Solitude ski resort.
An avid sports fan and competitive endurance athlete, Dr. Cooper’s personal interests also include being outdoors, traveling with his family, skiing, hunting, fishing, and golfing.
